"Service" refers to the StuurBoi platform, which connects customers with service providers for various tasks including errands, deliveries, and other services.

"Users" refers to both customers who book services and service providers who offer services through our platform.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify StuurBoi immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Provider Terms

Service Providers must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide valid identification documents
• Pass our background verification process
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate licenses, permits, and insurance as required

StuurBoi is not responsible for the quality of services provided by Service Providers. However, we maintain quality standards and review systems to help ensure satisfactory service delivery.

5. Customer Terms

Customers must:

• Provide accurate information when requesting services
• Treat Service Providers with respect
• Pay for services in a timely manner
• Be present at the agreed location at the scheduled time or make appropriate arrangements

6. Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled by our trusted third-party payment processors. By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors.

Service fees are set by Service Providers, with StuurBoi collecting a platform fee of 15% on each transaction. Customers may be charged additional fees for cancellations or changes to bookings as specified in our Cancellation Policy.

7. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel bookings up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Service Providers who cancel accepted bookings without reasonable cause may face penalties including reduced visibility in search results or account suspension.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any fraudulent activities
• Distribute malware or other harmful content

9. Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability
